Inside the envelope

What arrives in your mailbox

One envelope. Six small, handmade things. Designed to help you slow down, cook something good, and enjoy wherever you happen to be in the year.

01

An illustrated seasonal recipe card

Every mailing includes one recipe built around what's good right now — the kind of dish that's worth cooking on a weeknight and good enough to repeat. It's tested and written by a working food editor, printed on a card that survives being propped against a mixing bowl.

02

An original watercolor print

Amy paints each month's artwork by hand. The print is small, unfussy, and ready to tape inside a cupboard door, tuck into a cookbook, prop on a windowsill, or frame if you're feeling formal.

03

Stickers

A few individual stickers drawn from that month's artwork. For envelopes, lunchboxes, water bottles, laptops, and the front of a planner.

04

A music playlist

A month's worth of listening, chosen to fit the season — scan the code and you're set for cooking, driving, and washing up.

05

A real letter

The heart of it. Musings and stories, cooking tips, travel ideas, things worth paying attention to. This is the part subscribers write back about.

06

A little surprise

Something extra tucked in that changes month to month. You'll have to open the envelope to find out what it is.

See you in the mail.

Subscriptions start at $8 a month, shipping included. Subscribe by the 10th for this month's envelope.
